2025中银全球走进昌平活动举办

2025 BOC Global-Changping District Partnership Program kicks off

  6月6日，由昌平区人民政府、中国银行股份有限公司北京市分行共同主办的“融通世界·智启未来”2025中银全球走进昌平活动举办。

  On June 6，The People's Government of Changping District and Beijing Branch of Bank of China Limited jointly organized the 2025 BOC Global-Changping District Partnership Program themed on "Connecting the World, Inspiring the Future" recently in Changping.

  活动中，启动了中银全球走进昌平－全球生态伙伴合作计划，该合作计划以服务企业为中心，汇聚政府、企业、金融机构的力量，构建高效协作的科技金融创新生态，加强对科技企业全生命周期综合化服务能力，助力科技企业扬帆远航。发布了昌平区首支金融资产投资公司（AIC）股权投资基金－昌平中瀛幼麟壹号。签署了多项战略合作协议和合作意向书。

  During the event, the Global Ecological Partnership Program was launched to serve enterprises and gather the efforts of the government, enterprises and financial institutions to build an efficient and collaborative sci-tech finance innovation ecosystem, enhancing comprehensive services for sci-tech enterprises during their lifecycle and supporting their growth. Additionally, Changping Zhongying Youlin Fund I, Changping's first financial asset investment company (AIC) equity investment fund, was launched and several strategic cooperation agreements and letters of intent on cooperation were inked.

“出海中东”主题沙龙成功举办 共绘中东合作新愿景

 A salon themed on "Expansion into the Middle East" charts new visions in the Middle East

  6月13日，“出海中东”主题沙龙在昌平海联同心港成功举办。活动聚焦中东市场机遇与挑战，邀请相关专家、金融机构及区内50余家意向企业代表，通过市场解读、案例剖析、资源对接，为企业提供精准指导、答疑解惑，共商出海良策，共谋发展新篇。

  A salon themed on "Expansion into the Middle East" was successfully held at Changping Hailian Tongxin Port on June 13. The event focused on opportunities and challenges in the Middle Eastern market, and brought together relevant experts, financial institutions and representatives from over 50 interested enterprises in the district. Through market insights, case studies and resource matchmaking, the experts provided targeted guidance and solutions for the enterprises, and they discussed globalization strategies and collaborative development together.

  沙龙深度解析了中东市场核心政策、投资热点、文化适配性及潜在风险；介绍了合规架构搭建、合同纠纷规避、知识产权保护等风控措施；讲解了政策性出口信保避险机制及跨境结算等金融服务。活动还总结了2025年昌平企业出海日本、新加坡、马来西亚的成果与经验，提出中东开拓策略，并发布“出海中东专项支持计划”，整合政策、金融、法律及平台资源，标志昌平企业组团进军中东进入实操阶段。

  The salon delved into core policies, investment hotspots, cultural adaptability and potential risks of the Middle Eastern market, introduced risk control measures such as compliance framework setup, contract dispute avoidance and intellectual property protection, and detailed policy-backed export credit insurance and risk hedging mechanisms, cross-border settlements and other financial services. Furthermore, the event highlighted the achievements and experiences of Changping-based enterprises in global expansion into Japan, Singapore and Malaysia in 2025, and proposed strategies for global expansion into the Middle Eastern market. Notably, they launched the "Special Support Program for Global Expansion into the Middle East" to integrate policy, financial, legal and platform resources, marking the official start of Changping's collective enterprise expansion into the Middle East.

Multinational enterprises hold an event on sharing development opportunities and creating a future together in Changping

  6月26日，由中国国际跨国公司促进会（以下简称跨国会）与昌平区人民政府共同组织的“跨国公司昌平行”活动在未来科学城举办。活动邀请到跨国会领导及15家跨国企业代表通过参观合成生物制造产业集聚区、华能长江环保科技有限公司、北京未来科学城数字电力科创中心，详细了解相关产业在昌发展情况。

  China International Council for the Promotion of Multinational Corporations (hereinafter referred to as "CICPMC") and the People's Government of Changping District jointly organized the CICPMC Program in Changping at the Future Science City on June 26. During the event, CICPMC leaders and representatives from 15 multinational enterprises were invited to visit the synthetic bio-manufacturing industrial cluster park, Huaneng Yangtze Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and Digital Electric Power Innovation Center of Beijing Future Science City, and gained in-depth understanding of the development of relevant industries in Changping District.

  Life Science Park Phase III is the key zone of the Life Valley in the "Two Valleys and One Park" functional system of the Future Science City and the core area of the Science and Technology Innovation Zone in China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone. Recently, Life Science Park Phase III achieved new progress in all inaugural projects, with continuous enhancements in innovation leadership, industrial development and comprehensive competitiveness.

从昌平到亦庄仅需66分钟！

Only 66 Minutes from Changping to E-Town!

  6月23日上午，在北京地铁17号线工程中段东大桥站至永安里站区间内，工人们操作着焊接机，将最后两节长轨接头焊接在了一起。这标志着17号线中段区间长轨实现全线贯通，为17号线中段年底开通试运营奠定了坚实基础。

  Workers welded the last two long rail joints with welding machines in the middle section between Dongdaqiao Station and Yong'anli Station of Beijing Subway Line 17 on the morning of June 23. This marks the full completion of long rails in the middle segment of Beijing Subway Line 17, laying a solid foundation for the trial operation of the section by the end of the year.

  17号线全线采用A型车，8辆编组，预计行车间隔高峰3分钟、平峰6至8分钟，线路最高行车速度100公里/小时。中段建成后，17号线将实现全线贯通运营，届时，从未来科学城北站到嘉会湖站仅需66分钟。

  There are eight formations of wide-body A size trains running along Beijing Subway Line 17, with an expected peak interval of 3 minutes and off-peak intervals of 6 to 8 minutes, and the maximum operating speed of 100 km/h. Upon completion of the middle section, Beijing Subway Line 17 will achieve the full-line operation, reducing the travel time from Future Science City North Station to Jiahui Lake Station to just 66 minutes.

三一重能塞尔维亚Alibunar项目成功签署，开启国际合作新篇章

SANY Renewable Energy successfully signs contracts for its Alibunar project in Serbia, ushering in a new chapter of international cooperation

  6月，三一重能塞尔维亚 Alibunar 项目成功签署电力购买协议（PPA）和电力差价合约（CfD），标志着三一重能在塞尔维亚新能源领域迈出了关键一步，为后续深耕欧洲新能源市场、拓展全球业务版图提供重要支点。Alibunar项目是三一重能在塞尔维亚的首次投资。三一重能塞尔维亚 Alibunar项目位于塞尔维亚东部，所在区域是该国风资源最丰富的地区之一。项目总装机容量为168MW，项目建成后年均上网发电量可达约4.8亿千瓦时。该项目计划建设周期为2年，运营周期为25年，预计2028年实现商业化运营。

  On June，SANY Renewable Energy successfully signed the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and the Contract for Difference (CfD) for its Alibunar project in Serbia, marking a crucial step in the company's expansion into Serbia's renewable energy sector, and providing a significant foothold for further deepening its presence in European renewable energy market and expanding its global business footprints. The Alibunar project, as SANY Renewable Energy's first investment in Serbia, is located in eastern Serbia, where is one of the country's most wind-rich regions. With a total installed capacity of 168 MW, the project is expected to generate up to 480 million kWh of electricity annually upon completion. The project construction period is planned for two years, followed by a 25-year operation period, with commercial operations anticipated to commence in 2028.

  On June 21，The opening ceremony of the 2025 China Biomedical Engineering Conference and Medical Innovation Summit was held recently.
